Home Coming Trying to take my house and want take any more payments

Well i purchase this house in 2003 or 2004 but anyways this year around the months of may, june or july homecoming kept returning my money every month so i was wondering what was going on but the would always have an automative system to leave a message. On my answering machine talking about my house payments is due and staying how far i was behind. So they have sunt me out hardship letter and i sunt then in and i still haven't heard anything.

So about to weeks ago i faxed them a letter. But also come to fine out the house that i purchase is surrounded with Asbestos which is harmful fiber that can often lead to cancer. When i purchase the house nobody said anything about the asbestos so about 3months ago we had someone from the clemson extension to come out and thats what they said it was, the reason why we had them to come out was because my dad found so of the asbestos siding in the attic.

So I want to fine out how to go about filing a class action lawsuit. We don't no if the fiber has giving us some kind of disease we don't know yet but we plan on going to the doctor to see.
