So just for the record, this was the first time and will be the last time I use United cash loans. I know when I first got the loan they would take out funds biweekly. 90 dollars interest each renewal for my $300 loan. I know its a lot everyone but hey we needed the money at one point. What confuses me is that now they take $75 $50 WEEKLY.
Now I know I should have the contract somewhere which I know I printed out but like all of the other confused people on this website probably lost it. I recieved one email in regards to signing an attachment authorizing debit of $390 which was prior to my first renewal, but as time has went on nearly 2 months I think they may be now applying $50 weekly towards my principle so you can see why i do not want to authorize them to take more than I may owe.
The issue is trying to reach them. NO PHONE NUMBER!!! I found this website which really scared me that noone could reach them to discuss the matter. I sent 3 Emails yesterday, the last one stated that if I was not being responded to in a professional and timely manner then my future corresponces will be in the form of certified letters, and that I will transfer my banking to another account until we open the lines of communication between ourselves. I have no idea if that impacted anything, but they emailed me this morning with their contact info. So wish me luck!!! Below is their number if anyone needs it.
