Ripoff fradulant promises victimized many consumers rip-off scam dirt bags

My name is keith and i was interested in a mastercard and just my luck a company calle dme offering a card. I accepted their offer for a one time fee of 177.00 wich they took from my account on May 29. I didnt hear form the company again until i called and inquired as to where my "package" was.

They sent my package to me and it came post marked (BY THE GOVERNMENT) as July 26. I read the package and decided the service was not for me and decided to end my relationship with Premier One. I called them July 31 and was told that i was beyond the 30 day refund eligability. I was upset and transfered to the Esculation department and told my story there.

The people in the escalation department told me that i was right and they would send a E-mail to make sure my refund was processed. After returning my package and waiting the 3 weeks for my refund nothing happened and i called back at which time they gave me a fax number to fax proof of debit from my account and proof of postage and was promised resoloution in 48 hrs. After 72 hrs i called back and they told me it would take 3 to 5 buisness days to post into my account.

After the 7th day i calle dback and was informed that i was not eligable for my refund and that their was nothing they could do that"it was a corperate choice". I asked for a supervisor and was told that they had no Idea what their corparate office numberwas and all they had was a e-mail address which they could not give me. I was robbed. And if they think i am going to go away they are saddly mistaken. It is now my life goal to make this the most expensive 177.00 they have ever stolen. And would invite all victems to do the same. Dont just lie back and take it.
