They said I was approved for a gold card and that the membership was 149.00 that would be taken out of my bank account

I went on line to apply for a payday loan. I went through several links before this one said I was approved. When I clicked on the continue button I was told that I was not approved for their identity theft insurance but was approved for their gold card. I was suppose to look for a debit from my checking account for 149.00 for membership. I did not apply for this. There was a 800 number and when I tried calling they said they had nothing to do with that company. I clicked on the e-mail they had at the bottom of the add and wrote to them that I did not want this card and to cancel it. I have not received a responce yet. I called my bank and they told me they can't do anything about it unless I give them the exact amount and pay 29.00 to stop the payment. I will probobly have to close my account.
