Ameritrust Lending Services (Robert Kelly particularly) took my money and hung up on me when I was trying to find out where my loan was since they had my money

I applied for a loan online. Ameritrust contacted me and told me I was approved for a $5000 loan. I was skeptical because my credit was bad and no one would give me a loan.
First Christine Moore called and said I was approved but it was a secured loan. I would need to send 4 months worth of payment (880.00) total to be approved. I was faxed the paperwork and it looked legitimate. I sent it back and sent the money gram as instructed. Send 880.00 to Jean Jones in Clearwater Manitoba Canada. She said great and that she would rush it and it would be there by the next morning.
The next morning, Robert Kelly, the supervisor called me to tell me there was a problem. The lender has required another 4 months security, another $880.00 dollars. I borrowed the money from my sister and sent it. He assured me it would be in there the next AM.
The next AM came and no money. He actually called me first thing that AM to tell me that the lender has decided not to fund the loan and that is very unusual and he is sorry. I asked for immediate refund of my total of $1720.00 and he said he is very sorry but it can't be refunded immediately. I have to wait for the lenders billing cycle which would be Dec. 7th.
Needless to say I was very angry and he hung up on me and said he did not appreciate getting sweared at. He said he no longer had anything more to say to me as if he thinks he can get away with that.
I kept calling back to speak with him leaving messages with no response back. I kept on calling and got back in touch with him telling him I would like to speak with his immediate supervisor or better yet the CEO Peter J Hudson. He informed me that the CEO does not talk directly to clients even though it is his name and signature on my loan documents.
I can't believe the amount of complaints about this person and company that are on this website. It is astounding. I will call my attorney immediately and I had better get my refund on Dec. 7th. I will call my bank as well since ameritrust has my routing and account number. Lesson learned. Please help get our money back and put them out of business and pay for what they have done to people.
