My Fianc and I took out a loan with Cashtime North in Dallas four weeks ago with a gentleman by the name on Tony Langmayer. I paid the first installment on time on the day the company advised me to come in and pay. This company has no grace period and no flexibility with their contractual agreement, so I made sure I was there on time. He advised us that the next time we come in to pay another installment would be on my payday (November 20) It was approved and permissible verbally, that my Fianc could come in and pay the installment on the loan since I was working the hours that the company operated, and could not get in. On November 20, the day Tony advised us to come in to pay another installment, my fianc went into the store located at 3940 Rosemeade Parkway Suite, only to find that the company had assumed I was not coming in, and put the payment through to my bank account for the amount due on that day. When this happened, I was on the telephone with my Fiance as he was speaking with Tony about the situation. I asked several legitimate questions as to why my account was drafted when we were told we could come in on that day, and was subsequently cursed at. I could audibly hear Tony cursing and yelling at my fianc and screaming profanities. He was extremely rude and inconsiderate about the mistake and offered no reconciliation. We eventually received the verbal agreement that the charge on the account would be reversed and we paid $100 towards what we owed, but it was only after much argumentation and struggle that we were able to do so. Never should a customer of any business have to put up with being screamed at, hearing profanities or treated with such disregard, especially when it was the company's mistake.
