They keep adding fees to my acct that I don't owe and they will not call me back

I have been trying for months to get my acct. Straightened out. Everyone that I talk to tells me something different.

I finally thought that I got it straight and now they have added more fees that I do not owe and they are saying that I am behind.

I have all of the paper work that they have sent me saying what I owed and I paid all of it, even though I didn't agree with it, just to get my account caught up.

They continued to send me letters saying that I was behind and continue adding more fees. I faxed all of the information that they have sent me to the Research Department and I received a letter back from them dated October 10 stating that my account was up to date and I didn't owe anything until my November 1st payment.

I made my payment on November 1st and they are still sending me statements showing that I am behing and owe more.

I have tried to call several times and they will not return my calls and the only people that they will let me talk to will not try to help me or let me talk to anyone that can help me. I have left more than fifteen messages for someone to call me and no one has returned my calls.

I don't know what else to do. If anyone can help me please do so.
