How low can a company sink? I received a letter today (snail mail), in a nice, white window envelope. It was marked, "Important Information about the 9/11 Observance" and had a red, white and blue "rememberance" ribbon printed on it.

I thought it was some info about a local ceremony that might be taking place today in Chicago...

Until... That it... I checked out the return address. A p.O. Box in Boca Raton, Florida. It could only be one organization: CROSS COUNTRY BANK.

Needless to say, it went in the trash before opening! How hateful is that, to use a national tragedy "in order to collect a debt"?

I would say they should be ashamed of themselves, but this organization obviously has no shame. Using the pain and suffering of thousands of innocent people to advance their own agenda. To say Cross Country Bank is unscrupulous would be an understatement.
