Final payment taken was over agreed amount. They STOLE $43.05 from my checking account

On October 24 the final payment on my account with Allience One was taken by electronic check from my checking account for the amount of $250.00. The amount that should have been taken is $206.95. This is an overpayment of $43.05. They admitted to me on the phone that it was their error so they should have immediately made an electronic deposit for the overpayment, but they want to take 3 to 6 months to get a check to me.

Yes, it is not a lot of money, but $43.05 or $43,000.05 being ripped off is the same... It is still a rip off!

I have done some research on the internet on Alliance One. They have done this more than once. BEWARE.
