Excessive Charges

I, like many of the other people who are complaining about this company, have also been overcharged. I, too, signed up for the coffee promotion - 2 bags a coffee grinder for $9.00. I was charged $34.00 and now there is another charge for almost $40.00 pending against my account. Because of this, my account is over it's limit and I've been hit with service fees!!! This is absolutley ridiculous!!! I called and left a message at the Toll Free # they give on their website. Hmm... Do you think I'll get a call back. Although I did leave a message telling them I was going to report the unauthorized charge to my bank! Maybe that will light a little spark somewhere. Anyway, anyone who's dealt with this company and these problems before, please respond to this message and let me know the outcome. Thanks!!!
