Credit card rip off!

I've a dreadful encounter with HSBC Retail Solutions. I've a Bestbuy consideration together. I had been on holiday in Sept in the 21 towards the 24. Our statement was due about the 21. Being that I had been on holiday, I named them about the 22 to pay for within the telephone. The procedure explained the statement was each day overdue and that I have now been billed the $39.00 charge. The next week I started getting harmful phone along with a selection notice despite the fact that my last statement wasn't due till October 21. This really is my last deal with with. Next time I'd like a shop credit it'll not be with HSBC.
