Smartsavings.com Charged us 1 sometimes 2 dollars and even $26.95 for what should have been a FREE credit check

I don't know if my husband signed up or not, I think not. But some how they have our account information and have been taking $1 and sometimes $2 dollars out a month, not to mention even $26.95 for membership. How in the name of God can it be FREE if we are being charged this?! I sent the company an e-mail saying I wished to discontinue services but I have heard nothing. I was told in an automatic reply e-mail that I should hear something in 1 to 2 business days. I sent the e-mail yesterday, because they took out the $26.95 plus $2 for the month and caused us to be over drawn with nothing in savings! Something has got to be done about them!
