Best brands value they put me on a monthy member plan $19.95 when i called they told me i signed up when i ordered, i did not

I ordered Daniel Boone season 6, took 1 month to get then I looked on my amer ex card online and seen a 19.95 charge for Smartsavings.com and checked the address and it was BOCA Raton Fl I checked back to dec credit report and there was Boca Raton again with a 866 #.

I called it and it was a connection between the two they told me when I ordered the dvd s that I clearly signed up for membership and I told them I did not sign up for any membership CLEARLY AND ASKED THEM TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY they tried to keep me on the membership but I told them I wanted it canceled immediately they gave me a confirmation # and sent me a e mail, problem was I was charged 2 x before I caught

This is an outright deception on their part. I will never sign up for these types of memberships
