Systems Inept Fraudulent Moron Idiots Skanks Shysters Rude Stupid

These people are absolute morons. Bank of America told them twice to take off a fraudulent account mistakenly filed on me by them and yet they continued to send letters trying to collect this fraud account. Everytime I called they insisted I pay this account. They were never helpful in assisting me in trying to get this resolved.

After I called Bank of America a third time, BOA set up a conference call with "Beverly" and finally got the account wiped clean from their record. However, it is still on my credit reports and I have to send NCO the information from my credit report now for their error. They hung up on me twice talking to them saying quote, "I've got better things to do than go through this with you."
