Homecomings Financial
Can't accomplish anything w / these people. They have no idea what they are doing

The people at homecomings financial are unresponsive idiots. Home loan got switched to them from another company made payments on time, original owner wanted house back (was not supposed to be sold) original owner paid loan off to homecomings but they are reporting on my credit 0 balance but in forclosure on 1, and 0 balance sold / transfered on the other 2..

I have called 15 times in the last 3 months to get letter saying i have 0 balance they have no record of account # or ss#. I asked them to send letter to me stating that they have no record of account but they say they can not do that so here i am trying to finance a house and i can not because this is on my credit and these people are idiots.
