Lying deliberatly, and repeatedly removing personal from my case just to enable them to forclose on my home

I have been fighting with homecomings since feb. 2007. They have done nothing but lie and continue to "assign new people to my case". At the same time my adjustable interest rate continues to climb. Through the years we have requested a fixed rate and were denied. It adjusts to 12.5 as of Nov. Unaffordable for most people.

They have been rude, lied and refused to give their names or their supervisor contact. I contacted the banking comission in my state - they contacted the parties involved for a resolution. I am to fill out a work out package. Nothing mentioned about a fixed rate. Did this once with them and that is why we are back where we started. Loss mitigation is a joke. I have also written to and sent proof of my complaints to the federal gov. No responce yet.

I refuse to just allow this to be accepted. I am using any resources to fight them and the co that sold my mortgage to them. Someone should be accountable for false statements and actions.
