No Help before foreclose

Ocwen made no attempt to help my situation out, loss of income, and a morgage that is interest only and a arm. ASKED FOR THEIR HELP and they said that I was able to meet their payment. Sure but my family likes to eat too.

Charged a interest from a 6.5 to a 9.5 and can do it again in 6 months, and every 6 months there after up to 12.5%. All at interest only, which means the principal does not go down. Stay clear of Ocwen Bank at all costs.
