I received a collection letter from NCO company sometime ago and in it said that I owed them over 700 for some type of bill I didn't even understand if it was supposed to be a loan or not. I do have credit problems but I never heard of this company they said they represented. I didn't think to respond to them but I am glad that I found your web-site and I see they have tried to rip off other people.
