I have had 2 WAMU cards. The first time they decresed my credit limit with out reason. (they said I became a incresed credit risk) I have done nothing but pay my bills on time. Well the decresed it to the point when my next intrest posted I would have been over my limit. I do not max out my cards. Well I payed off that card over 2 months and closed that account. That was over 8 months ago.

Well stupid me I thought it might have been a rare accurence so I applied for a card with a 0% intro for balance transfers. I was like yay!!! Well that was 2 months ago I have still not receved my new card. I now have a over due balance, because I did a $1,200 balance transfer. I can not pay online because I do not have a account information. I can pay over the phone BUT it will cost me $19.50. They have already notified the crdit bureau that I have a past due balance.

I have contacted WAMU 6 times now trying to get my card mailed to the right address. I still have not receved my card. The 'customer service' is VERY rude. They sent me to the fraud department... I DO NOT KNOW WHY!!! And nether did the lady to whom I was transfered. I was on the phone this time for 2 hours, and still do not have this resolved.

We will see if I get my card this time. The supervisor Eddie was very nice and once again assured me that my card would be here by Friday. Well the catch is I had to have them send it to another address, not my home. I will have to drive 45min to another town to get the card from my inlaws house.

The number I have listed above for WAMU is the main office switch board. I have also filed a complant with the BBB. And I will be trying to contact a lawer about this.

If any lawers read this please post and tell me if ther is anything I can do to keep my credit from being hurt by this.
