I can attest that this is true. I had dealings with Kim S. At West Penn Financial who now is at Commercial Loan National and her record is deplorable. Having access to social security numbers and all other information for numerous clients is a serious offense in this business and against PA Department of Banking legislation. Employees who play this game always think no one knows their history but that is laughable. It is only a matter of time until they get caught. The problem is a lot of innocent people's credit may be ruined in the meantime. Convicted felons, find some other profession and keep away from the banking/mortgage loan business.in this day of identity and other banking crimes, we need to keep our noses clean and shut down these criminals in their tracks.
