Bad customer service - file a complaint with your state attorney general and the BBB

I have been having a problem with WFHM. I was laid off from my job in 9/06 so in Dec I made a payment arrangement. The check I sent in Jan 07 was stamped on the back several days before it was posted to my account. They insist that I broke the arrangement. A rep gave me the wrong address so I had one payment returned to me unopened. Another payment I mailed in Feb was returned to me about 30 days later in Mar - never posted yet I was told repeatedly that they never received it.

I have filed a complaint with the state attorney general and with the BBB in IA and am waiting for results.
