Rip off artists

Paid $45.00 for what I thought was a credit card and was told if I was not satisfied I could return it and get my money back, but can not get anyone to answer.

These people are rip off artists. I was asssured if I was not satisfied I could return the card and get my $45.00 back. I can not get an answer. I do however wish I could get my hands on the guy that sold me this line of - !
