After 10 years of payment see no drop in principal, harassment, my house cost $42,000 and when finished paying for it i will have paid$133,333.33!

I have had my mortgage through this company for 10 years, I feel i was ripped off when buying the house to begin with. It was a single wide mobil home an I was only 20 years old hen i purchased it. I paid 42,000 dollars for it, which they are not worth that much.

I feel the company I purchased it from and the finance company were in it together to rip people off. Because if you buy a car you cannot purchse it for more than it is valued at. I have an outrageous interest rate and have tried to refinance it through the company and they will not allow it. But why would they when i am finished paying for it i will have paid $133,333.33!!! That is completely outrageos! A $42,000 loan making them $133,333.33!!

My payment is due on the 5TH of every month and if it is not there by 5:00 pm they are calling that same day by 7 and the calls go everyday about 3 or 5 times a day until they recieve their payment! It is total harrassment! I feel I was taken advantage of. I still owe close to $37,000 on this place and it is only worth about 10,000. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place!

I would like too see my interest rate go down and payment go down because they are just too high! And they are not even making a dent in my principal! I am sick and tired of seeing big companies taking advantage of the small people in this country!
