Customer Service "Julie" Push to Sell, Sell Sell extra stuff! But she can't answer where or how this leads comes!

On the TV, they stated "easy payment of $39.95 with 30 day money back gurantee!" however, when I called it turned out to be 4 payments of $39.95 (or one payment of $119.85) and the customer service agent pushed very hard to sell extra stuff.

So I started to ask a few simple questions regarding extra stuff she was trying to sell, like 250 prospective leads info. I wanted to know where those information are coming from, local title company, county record, REO lists???

She couldn't answer that simple question and I just felt very shady about this indivisual / company, and told her to cancel the transaction. She argued a few minutes asking me the reason why but hello? Who would not feel comfortable paying to some shady business with their credit card?

I was able to cancel the transaction before hang up but I just hope she does not go ahead and charge or missuse my credit card.

I will check the next monthly statement for my Visa to make sure she did not made a charge. Shady Shady Shady... And what a shame for a former athlete to rip people off to make his living.
