Online Credit App being ripped off

I have tried multiply times to get in contact with this company and have been given the run around. My bank is suggesting to close out my accounts and opening a new account to stop this fruadulant actions however since they have my account information that it is not considered check fraud and they can not do anything about this on their end.

I do not know what to do about this. I hope they can actually sleep at night knowing that they are commiting a crime against unsuspecting people who only want to rebuild their credit and get on with their lives.
