Cslgin is stealing money from my account and i cant stop it

Platinum member is continually on my bank statement! I call the phone number next to it and get a very muffled answering machine telling me the only way to talk to some one is to go to a website. Sounds easy but it took atleast ten calls to understand what letters she was saying for the website! It was cslogin.com, i went to the web site and talked to someone, they told me they were canceling this platinum thing and i would no longer get charged. (i saved this conversation)
i recieved my bank statement today and again charges were taken out! When i tried to go back to the website it was no longer there! When i searched it i found a complaint.
