These people are horrible! When you aske to speak to a supervisor, the clear that you are speaking with will either not transfer or tell you that he or she is a supervisor.

Recently, I went over my credit limit by $1.22 due to a automatic gas pump. When I called and wrote, I was treated rudley and my request to have the fee waived was denied eventhough a payment of $100.00 was posted to the account days later.

These people offer the worst service I have ever experianced from a bankcard company.

I would like to participate in a class action suit.
