Nco claims "i owe $86 to at&t from 2002"? I don't owe at&t a dime! Put negative remarks on my credit for no reason scam artists!

I received several phone calls from nco claiming "i owe $86 to at&t from 2002"? I don't owe at&t a dime! Put negative remarks on my credit for no reason scam artists! Laura banks, a supervisor, told me they got this a year ago. I explained to her that i had switched over to verizon in 2002 that my at&t bill was paid in full at&t not only prevented the switch over for almost 3 weeks to verizon!!!

On top of this they put on a bogus $86 charge i never had! I am contacting my attorney. I also found out that at&t and nco have tried to ruin my credit falsely by stating i owe them $86. Ijust saw a similiar complaint on "my 3 cents" when i was trying to find the corporate head quarters number for nco because laura banks at at&t refused to give me the corporate number stating, " go look it up yourself, jerk" nice.
