We took a loan out in dec. Of2006 last year. Well i found out yesterday that all we have been paying is the interest tthats all. And they have the make and model of my husbands truck. Can we file alawsuit agaisnt cash call. I want to get them for harressment charges. And they say they can file fraud charges againgt us.
