Ripoff business from hell

We just re-financed our home, and made all our payments on time. Without any notice of any kind regarding a loan transfer etc. We received a demand letter for money that had been paid previously. Within just a few days we received a collection notice from their attorneys.

We received no phone calls at all, none at work or at home. Their attorneys even failed to provide a phone number that we could call. They even had the nerve to ask for the attorney fees, even though they had never even attempted to call or give us time enough to reply to their false/bogus claims.

What kind of company treats people this way? It appears to be a major scam to me! They should not be allowed to continue this rip-off. It's time to the legal action against these greedy jerks! Please let me know if any of you are interested in filing a case action suite against them.
