Ripoff scam con artists

On 08/01/02 Capital First representative called and promised me an unsecured MasterCard with a guaranteed limit of 3,500.00. He said it was a new program for people with past credit problems. They told me it's a regular MasterCard. I agreed to to look at the packet.

After weeks I did not get any packet in the mail. Then found out they STOLE 3 payments from my bank account. $99.95 $59.95 and $29.95 a total of $189.85!! When I called and talked to Kodell Floor super # 112 He told me he will refund me my money. A week later I got the packet. Fot 1 it was not a Credit card but a useless membership to save money on things I would never use.

I called again and demanded my money back. They told me it will be put back in my account. After a week it was not. So I called again. This time they told me it was but will take 10 days to show up. Hell My check from work shows up the same day it is put it. Well Still no money back. Today they say the changed things and I need to wait 30 days for my money. What Bullshit they going to say next?

We are the ones that need to stop this place and do it before they rip anione else off.
