Ripoff unauthorized bank withdrawls consumer fraud ripoff business

On July 5th this company drafted an initial payment of $29.99 for a "so-called" Mastercard from my checking account.

I was misled by a telemarketer, she told me this was a regular credit card that I'd been pre-approved for. I did resist and I told her that I already have two other credit cards but she enticed me by saying that this one would have up to a $2,500 credit limit!

The telemarketer did not state anything about this being a pay-as-you-go credit card. IT WAS THEREFORE MISLEADING to me as a consumer. I unfortunately trusted her and thought that this was a legitimate company.

I sent a letter (priority mail), after receiving the "Benefits" packet, and ask for a refund my $29.99 IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. Then to add to my problems - two days after I'd called and cancelled they deducted $59.99 and 99.99 out of my checking account. I was outraged and I once again sent a letter back to them asking for an immediate refund.

I also have filed a complaint to the Florida Secretary of State's office - you can just pull up "florida" on the net and look under gov't offices and file your complaint.

I have not heard from Capital First-
