I applied for a credit card they deducted money from my bank I've received nothing It's been 8 months ripoff consumer fraud ripoff dishonest

In January, I applied for the credit card (and other goodies for becoming a customer). Advantage Capital took $200.00 out of my bank account in February. Since then I have received nothing. I've made over a dozen calls to them since mid-May and am always told that apparently my package got lost and they'll mail me another.

I've been told three packages with the credit card and other gifts have been mailed to me (one date I was told of was July 2). But, I've seen nothing and nobody ever returns my calls even though I've repeatedly asked for a return call.

All they can tell me is the card has been mailed but it's apparently getting lost in the mail.

One time when I said I wanted my money back, the operator told me I couldn't because there is no refund allowed. I said I expect a refund on money spent when the company I spent the money with doesn't provide a service. It's like walking itno Walmart and giving the clerk some money and then walking out empty-handed.
