Does not respond to phone calls or emails

For the last few years, I had been going through bankruptcy. The bankruptcy paid the mortgage and the taxes on my phone. I kept all records from the Bankruptcy court and according to their records, they paid $19,000 in interest and $22,000 towards the principal on my mortgage. To my surprise at the end of my bankruptcy, Homecomings claimed there had only been $4,000 applied toward the principal of my mortgage and the taxes had not been paid at all. They also charged me $5000 for a home inspection, which they claimed was done on April 1, which was a Sunday which was my day off and I was home. You would think if that was done I would have to sign something for it. Each time I tried to contact Homecomings, I kept being put on hold for over 20 minutes at a time and then kept being transferred from person to person. When I finally spoke with someone, they kept trying to tell me the court had made a mistake in their print out. I then just got tired of the hassle and tried to get out of my mortage by filing a Deed in Leiu. The paperwork was never sent and I never could get anyone to return my phone call about it. Before I moved out, I went to the treasurers office to request my house be put up for tax sale as I felt since Homecomings screwed me out of my money (Over $40,000), I'd rather the state get it than them. I recently just found out that they paid off the back taxes (money I questioned them about before that was conveniently missing) and now have proceeded with the foreclosure process, which I don't understand how that can be done because I no longer even live in the house and they have no way of contacting me. They are damaging my credit, even though they always claim they don't want to do that. I tried contacting them one more time after I found this out via email and phone and of course have gotten no response. This has been really hard for me because I am a single parent and I worked hard to buy the house. I strongly advise anyone NEVER, EVER use this mortgage company, as now, they are ruining my credit.
