Threated with foreclosure, forced into bankruptcy and still fighting to save our home from this ruthless, dishonest company

After falling on hard times, and trying to catch up on 3 months of back mortgage payments-Homecomings claimed our loan to be in default and put our home in foreclosure. With five children, two of which have terminal illnesses, we had no other option other than to file bankruptcy.

After two years of paying the trustee and our regular payment on time, Homecomings have taken us to us to court 3 times for non-payment for which our lawyer has documentation to prove otherwise.

Five or 6 months ago, our checks started coming back to us unopened and stamped undeliverable as addressed. Does this company even exist??? We were instructed to make our mortgage payment to a local attorney. What's up with that?!!!
