Providian
Mistreated and ripped off

I have been with providian for five years now. I have never been late, or over the limit, NEVER. I call from time to time to see what they have to offer me for being in such good standing.

Do you know what they tell me? There are no other offers now, to wait by the mail they cannot help me over the phone. Well here it is three years later and a whole lot of calls still nothing. I spoke to a senior manager today to only have him say the same thing.

I told this person that this company had alot to be desired. That my roomate recived an application in the mail today that offered a 9.9% fixed rate and a 0% balance transfer till from providian. Why was I not made this offer.

I was steaming. Here I am a great customer, never ever late and this is how I am treated. This manager tells me to write the executive office. He can not do anything. That I probably did not qualify. Qualify what do they want my blood. I have worked very hard to put my credit back in order for seven years.

This company needs to be stopped. Providian is taking advantage of people who are trying to get ahead, they keep knocking them down over and over. Something must be done.
