Ripped off by Bank of America!

Frist of I would like to state that I'm not silly. After I named to confirm obtaining a mortgage in the box they'd provided me, I thought O.K. I had been likely to transfer and 0.625 seemed just like a great price (when I understood my credit was excellent at that time), and also the funds were suppose to become 200.00 per month. Well the corporation in the place of managing it-like financing wait like a credit debt. I've been battling them for 2 decades and that I have now been spending them there 200.00 per month plus they keep putting curiosity and late fees and facility charges. Every month I withhold what I actually donot experience I owe and create about the base of my look for mortgage and also the quantity I still owe them. They except the inspections and money them-but they do not consider what I've fussed about going back 2 yrs into account. They've bothered me athome numerous occasions each day, and today they're calling a healthcare facility were I work. I spend my expenses and do not mind spending money on anything I owe but I WOn't be scammed, of course if they do not begin hearing me as I believe they do not possess a chef simply phone providers, I am likely to very spending altogether.
