Unable To Contact via Phone and FAX

I have tried to contact Jubilee since Tuesday. I tried the Toll-Free number and the Toll number, getting only busy signals. I also tried to FAX something and that would not go throug either. I would like to be updated on anyhing you might know as they have my money. I have closed my checking account to stop further ACH withdrawls from them.
