Is a ripoff scam business

From the beginning they lied to us. 1. We were never told they did not handle Dr. Bills. 2. The first bill they did pay was not settled for anything less then what was owed. 3. Everytime we tried to contact them they had a different representative on the account and not a one of them new what the previous one had done.

4. The last bill they paid the check from Jubilee bounced and the bill collector is now harrasing me because they can not get ahold of Jubilee. 5. I have tried to call them for over a week and both the toll free number and the regular number ring busy all hours of the day and night. I highly dought they are that busy.

I have tried to discontinue doing business with them by sending a letter and faxing the letter letting them know. I asked for a full refund of the balance owed to me and I am still waiting for a response or my money back.
