Cash Call
This company has to be stopped!

Just like others, I thought this would be a good idea to help out during a difficult situation. I wasn't aware of the interest rate until loan was sent. The rep that executed the loan acted as if he had done me a favor because actually the loan had been denied and then I received a call telling me that it was a mistake. I asked about the interest rate several times and was told that it would be discloused to me later. I was walked throught the signing process. I was also told how wonderful this loan would help me re-establish my credit rating.

Well times got rough, missed a payment, now I am getting harrassed at least thirty times a day. This also includes my family and friends to try to reach me.
It is more than ridiculous. I have never seen this form of harassment in my life. I thought that when you ask them not to contact you on your job they had to stop but not this company.

I am willing to pay what I borrowed and a reasonable interest rate but this is torture! There has to be help out here for this. I feel like such a dummy for even bringing these people ino my life. We have to do something! Someone, PLEASE! What first?
