Never sent statements, filed erroneous report with credit bureau, take payments and said they never received them

Filed reports with credit bureaus and lied. Stated they did not receive payments when payments were cashed with proof from bank. Would not send statements and they worked closely with McElheney Homes which is a rip off.
Never notified when insurance was cancelled with them and called to state if insurance is not gotten within a day they would foreclose on you and report it to the credit bureaus. Rude, sneeky, sly. If you have a mobile home financed with them get ready for a rip off ride.
