They doubled my house note for 12 months straight

This conpany acquired my account about 10 years ago and I have been in forebearance for all of the 10 years. As a result of this none of the payments that I have made on my house have never been reported to any of the major credit bureaus because Wilshire says that due to my forebearance status they do not have to report any of these payments to the credit bureau.

Besides not reporting any of my payments to the credit bureaus they also will not escrow for my homeowners insurance, I must make separate monthly insurance payments to State Farm Insurance each and every month. They will not send me monthly statements, it is entirely up to me to make sure that I get the payment in the mail, I am not allowed any grace period, my payments are due on the 25th of ech month and if it is not in their office by the 25th, I will receive a default notice dated the 26th or 27th threatning to return my account over to their foreclosure department and they have done that on three different occassions and I have been forced to file for bankruptcy protection on three different occassions as a result.

One thing I have not mentioned is that I have been in my house for 22 years this Ocotber but I have lived on egg shells for the last 10 of those years because of Wilshire, you see about every two years they have me to do a financial statement and then theywill raise my house note afterwards, my inerrest rate in 1986 was 9.5% my interest rate in 2008 is 9.5% because since I am still in forebearance Icannot refinance noway no how. I still have the same roof, carpet, wooden fence and garage doors because they have me paying so much I cannot afford home repairs, my home owners insurance did an exclusion on my roof because it is too old. When I moved into my house in october of 1986 my house note was $890.00 today it is $1780.00, I can't win, I can't break even and I can't get out of the game.
