Deception, payment misplacement, harassing phone calls!

I've tried twice to create payment by telephone. Both times my check "did not clear" Nevertheless, every additional cost for additional expenses I Have compensated by check by telephone have been through just good. After I take a look at my bank record, the check was never actually tell you my lender consequently producing a late fee, within the restriction fee, $10 check by telephone fee and numerous calls every single day.in my opinion the corporation actively doesn't approach inspections to allow them to gather overdue fees and inadequate check costs. Is there something I will do? Plz recommend smb!
