Aspire visa account initiate legal action immedately contact office for payment arrangements

Hello:
I received a letter from this company a few days ago at the time until I did my research did I know they were usacomplaints.com on them I did have a Aspire Visa account which the current balance is $5,538.24 I have several things to clear up all my bad debts I have applied for loans ones you can get for bad credit online gotten turned down whats up with that. I can no longer work I have a 14 year old handicapped daughter her income
helps to pay the bills now if only someone would help me I would be glad no joke but seems like most things are scams or ripoffs so how are you suppose to pay these people.

How do I handle this knowing there are usacomplaints.com about this company and they are talking about legal action getting an attroney I wont my credit fixed
I really need to move but cant credit problems so please please help me and others get all these companies off the innernet because its wrong.
