Skip the BBB: Go directly to the Federal Trade Commision

I have filed complaints with the BBB (Homeq has an F rating in Indiana) as well as my state attorney general. The only agency that really seemed to sympathize with me was theFederal TradeCommisson. They led me to believe that if enough complaints were filed, then the governmant would step in and force the company to close, therefore it would place all of their exisiting accounts with reputable mortgage companies. Also, they will give you a case number and each time you rack up a new complaint (like me) you can call, give the FTC your case numver and they will add the complaint yo your existing case.

If you need any info or just want to vent or have any other avenues to explore feel free to email me at (REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) I will not stop trying to expose this company for who they truly are a bunch of thieves. Does anyone else out there have an ARM of 11.375%? I do! It sucks!
