Privacy Matters
Stole $60.00 from my checking account without my authorization

Business & Finance

I was denied purchasing items at a local retail store. I used my ATM card and it returned unapproved, I was ferious. When I returned home I immediately called my bank to find out where my money went. The bank representative told that a transaction was done on Aug. 30th & 31st for $29.95 each. They also said it was for IK9.

My husband got online and found out it was a company called Privacy Matters. I explained to the bank that I made no such transaction on either of the above dates. They were more than helpful and were very understanding as well.

I had them cancel any and all other transactions on those cards. I tried to contact this company and was asked to enter my credit card number. There was no way to get in touch with a representive.

I am planning to file a complaint with the better business bureau. This is a business, whether online or not, it is a business. If anyone can help me in my quest to bring this "company" to justice please let me know.
