National Benefits Exchange - Integrity Financial Enterprises
Telemarketing scam - Avoid at all costs ripoff

Business & Finance

I was duped into allowing them to debit my checking account for a credit line and discounts. They never sent anything as they had promised. I contacted customer service and they offered to remail and/or e-mail the enrollment information, but didn't. I requested that they have a supervisor call me, never did.

Finally, I got a supervisor who answered the phone by accident. I got him for e-mail the information. The e-mail had terms I did not agree to and I called them back. I was told that they had just "not updated the form" and that I should sign it as is and fax it back. I didn't.

On a second call regarding the discrepancy between what they said and what they are saying now, I was told to put my complaint in writing to their "Review Board". I have written the letter to their review board, but I also sent a copy to their processor (United Check Cashing Co.), their bank (ISN Bank) and to my local U.S. Attorney Major Frauds Division.

Upon further research, I discovered who the principals were and was able to find a number of scams they have been running. I will be writing to those individuals at the address that they provided to the Florida Secretary of State. It should get their attention that I was able to find this information.

Before anyone has anything to do with these companies, they should be warned that National Benefit Exchange has been in business for about one year according to the Florida Secretary of State. A similar name search yielded a number of similar names that they have been doing business under.

Integrity Financial Enterprises is apparently their holding company and it has the same operators and directors. It is about five years old and is presumably the holding company for all of the other scams run by these individuals.
