First I purchased my home in 2006. I then never received a stmt for the first 4 months, then I received a foreclosure notice, and then a stmt... After reveiwing my stmts I saw that they had paid someone elses home owners insurance out of my escrow account and refused to refund it... It took 6 months. Then I paid all my payments up to date and everytime I sent a payment in after that they would post it directly to principle... Putting me in foreclosure again.
Okay so I ahve over 5k in principle only pymts, but no pymts. Did that make sense? NO... So I fought with them again. I got allt he principle only pymts reversed and the pymts posted correctly then. They said they were not able to reverse any of the foreclosure fees... So I was penalized twice over 4k each time. Does this make sense? NO! I have turned them into the state of washington and the attorney general, but no luck in gettig any help at all. They also are still reporting my loan delinquent although my loan has been paid up tp date for months... I sell real estate so I ahve told everyone~ DO NOT USE COUNTRYWIDE! Beware!!
