I paid off my loan and they are still taken money from my account Ripoff

I had an agreement with them of when I would make payments and they ended up taking money out of my bank account every week whenever they felt the need and would take out 3 payments in one day. When i would try and call the 1 800 number I would get nothing but it being busy and i had to pay fees because by them taken out more then what they was suppose to i was put into the negative in my account and I notice when you go to their web page that they don't have a # to call them at, you have to use the online customer service and they not much of a help either
