I have paid them over $28,000.00 in less than 2 years and they still say i owe them more money. I have paid over my house note from $1,000.00 to $1,200.00 a month and i still owe

I have paid them over $28,000.00 in less than two years. My note is $844.72 a month. I have been paying the from $1,000.00 to $1,200.00 each month and they said that I still owe. They have been putting my money in unapplied cash account to charge me late fees and all other fees then they posted my money afterward. Everytime I received my bill I still owe $4,000.00 my balance never goes down. I have been writing to everyone and no one will help. They said that they were not regulated my Federal Services or any banking industries. I have been trying to get help on this matter for over two years. I pray that you can help me.
